The house of commons<\/a> looks smaller in person than on TV. The queen<\/a> opens parliament every year. The seats were made of leather, after the war it got brought in from Beverly.<\/p>\n

Parliament Street<\/a> includes big Ben, Westminster abbey<\/a>, the cenotaph, houses of parliament and lots of souvenir shops.<\/p>\n

Cenotaph<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the cenotaph<\/a> we had 20 seconds of remembering those who fought for us. The word cenotaph means empty tomb.<\/p>\n

Changing of the Guard<\/strong><\/p>\n

The changing of the guard<\/a> was brilliant. The guards got close and they frightened me. The horses stood like a statue. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The London Underground<\/strong><\/p>\n
